Are your prices CIF or FOB ?

DOMESTIC - Prices are CIF subject to minimum order of Rs. 500.00. If less than the Rs. 500.00 an amount of Rs. 30.00 will be charged as Freight Charges.

INTERNATIONALLY- Prices are FOB (Freight on Board).

What is the normal time required for dispatch of stocks for domestic market ?

The stocks are dispatched within 48Hrs on receipt of payment from bank.

Do you make personalized brushes with name printing ?

Yes. On receipt of advance of Rs. 1000, Maximum printing matter of 24 digits and minimum Order Value of Rs. 4000/- and Maximum items 4 in numbers.

What is the time requirement for dispatching “Name Printing Order” ?

We try to deliver the stocks within 30 Days but we prefer to take commitment for orders to be dispatched within 45 Days.

What happens if products are found defective ?

We guarantee total money back or a free replacement of products as per the customer desire. The defective product with the packaging material should be sent back to us in sealed envelope with a written complaint of the customer mentioning the nature of the defect. Decision of total money back or free replacement would be taken by the company after inspecting the defective product. The company shall not take any responsibility to send the compensation (cash or kind) to the customer and the customer shall collect the compensation in cash or kind from our nearest branch office.
